木糖葡萄球菌的胞外粘质物和β-内酰胺酶检测 被引量:1

摘要 对临床标本和医院环境中分离的52株木糖葡萄球菌进行了胞外粘质物(ESS)、β-内酰胺酶(β-lase)和抗生素敏感性测定。临床分离株ESS阳性率(66.7%)显著高于医院环境株(29.7%),但β-lase阳性率无明显差异。ESS阳性株多重耐药性较多见。木糖葡萄球菌有可能成为院内感染和机会感染的常见菌。 The pathogenicity and resistance to drugs of the staphylococcus xylosus was investigated by laboratory identification. The extracellular slime substance (ESS), beta-lactamases (β-lase) and antibiotin sensitivity were detected in analysing 52 strains of S. xylosus seperated in the clinical specimens and hospital environ-ment specimens. The results were as follows: In clinical strains positive rates of Ess and β-lase were 66.7%and 86.7% repectively. In environment strains positive rates of Ess and β-lase were 29.7% and 70.3% re-spectively. Ess positive strains have multiple resistance to drugs.
