Biologic characters and identification of 13 strains of V.metschnikovii

本文对13株麦氏弧菌进行了生物学特性的研究，提出了对该菌进行初步鉴定的6个主要指标，阐述了硝酸盐还原试验在麦氏孤茵鉴定中的价值，建议用OF，氧化酶和硝酸盐还原试验作为麦氏弧菌的初筛试验，以提高该菌的检出率。

The biologic characters of 13 strains of V. metschnikovii had been studied. Six main indexes which can identify this group of bacteria initially had been proposed. Especially the value of nitrate reduction test which plays an important role in V. metschnikovii identification had been elucidated. In order to increase detection rate, it was suggested that combining application of 0-F test,Oxidase test and nitrate reduction test was re-garded as preliminary screening test of V. metschnikovii.
