用斑点ELISA检测副溶血弧菌的耐热溶血毒(TDH)和TDH类似毒(TRH)

Determination of Thermostable Direct Hemolysin(TDH) and TDH-Related Hemolysin(TRH) of Vibrio parahaemolyticus by Dot ELISA

本文用斑点ELISA和溶血试验分别检测26株副溶血弧菌（VibrioParahaemolyticus，VP）的耐热溶血毒（TDH）和TDH类似溶血毒（TRH），TDH的阳性检出率分别为80．8％（21／26）和73．1％（19／26）TRH的阳性检出率分别为19．2％（5／26）和7．7％（2／26）。经卡方检验，两试验在统计学上无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。实验结果表明，斑点ELISA比溶血试验稳定，影响因素少。

We developed a new method to detected thermostable direct hemolysin (TDH) and TDH-related hemolysin(TRH) of vibrio parahaemolyticus by act ELISA. To compared with haemolytic test, the positive rate of TDH were 80.8% and 73.1% respectively. The TRH positive rate were 19.2% and 7.7% res-peatively. The result showed that there were no significant difference with the two tests (P>0.05).How-ever, Dot ELISA was stable than haemolytic test.
