摘要 探讨了双塔连续逆流操作的超临界萃取和浓缩天然维生素E的工艺路线。萃取工艺的进料为甲酯化的大豆油脱臭馏出物。分析了各种影响因素并确认了合适的操作条件,能使维生素E的浓度从5%浓缩到50%以上,同时收率达到90%以上。 The process for concentrating natural vitamin E in the dual-column continuous countercurrent supereritical extraction is studied. The raw material for extraction is ME-SODD, prepared from soybean oil deodorizer distillation through the methyl esterification. The correlative factors are analyzed in details and the suitable operational conditions are confirmed, which can improve VE concentration from 5% to over 50% with a recovery ratio of more than 90%.
