摘要
从反应器理论上对高效厌氧反应器流动状态进行研究和分析,提出在化工过程理论中固定床和流化床之间实际上还存在着一个过渡区,生物反应器在过渡区的行为是以往研究的空白。经过对反应器过渡区流动状态细致研究,提出悬浮床反应器的概念。进而对生物颗粒沉降、悬浮床反应器膨胀率等基本特性进行了数学模型的研究,并通过实验予以验证。从实验角度证实厌氧悬浮床反应器的流态状态的优越性。
The flow pattern of high rate anaerobic reactor was studied and proposed that there is a transition between the expand bed reactor and the fluidization bed reactor. The behavior of bioreactor in this transition is a blank region of study. Through the detail study of the flow pattern in the transition of the reactor, the concept of suspended bed reactor had been developed. A model to study the sedimentation character of bio-granular and the expand rate of suspended granular sludge bed (SGSB) reactor and so on was developed, and it was proved by experiment. The advantages of the flow pattern in SGSB reactor were proved.
