摘要
介绍了一种基于有机-无机杂化材料和碳纳米管的葡萄糖氧化酶电极的制备方法.酶电极具有很好的灵敏度,响应时间只有3,s.碳纳米管的加入使酶电极的工作电位降低了0.3,V.酶电极可以在0.05,V以上对葡萄糖进行测量.在0.18 V时的线性范围为0~9.6,mol/L,检测限为2×10-7,mol/L.
A preparation method of glucose oxidase electrode based on an organic/inorganic hybrid material and carbon nanotubes was investigated. The sensibility of the electrode is high, and its response time was only 3 s. The carbon nanotube reduced the operation potential of the glucose oxidase electrode by 0.3 V. The electrode responsed to glucose at 0.05 V. The linear range and detection limit were 0-9.6 mmol/L and 2×10^-7 mmol/L respectively when the operation potential was 0. 18 V.
