摘要
教育政策活动作为教育活动的重要组成部分,对教育的发展具有重要作用,而价值取向问题在教育政策中具有核心地位。对我国建国后不同历史时期学前教育政策价值取向的发展演变的分析,可以看出我国学前教育政策经历了从偏重社会需要到注重儿童全面发展,从强调整齐划一到推行个性化教育、关注儿童特殊需要的价值取向转变,反映了社会发展、体制变革、世界教育发展趋势等多方因素的综合影响。
As a part of education activities, education policy plays a crucial role in education development, but education value orientation occupies the core in education policy. With analyzing the features and influential factors of the preschool education policies' value orientation development since the foundation of People ' s Republic of China, this paper is to offer some reference and ideas for preschool education policy making.
