英国威尔士政府自2003年以来制定并实施了一系列基础阶段指导文件,其中的《学习型社会:基础阶段——3-7岁》中关于3-7岁幼儿数学发展指导的部分从利用和运用数学、计算和处理数据、测量、形状和空间4个维度对幼儿数学教什么和怎么教进行了详细说明,对我国幼儿园数学教学有重要启示。

In 2003,Britain Welsh government made and enforced a series of instructive documents （guidance materials） for foundational phase, including 3 to 7 year old kids＇ mathematic development. This paper makes an introduce to ＂foundation phase guidance material mathematics development＂ through four dimensions： using and applying mathematics ,number and handling data,measures ,shape and space, hoping to bring some positive influence to the kindergarten mathematic teaching.
