低聚瓜胶压裂液体系流变性及其本构方程 被引量:23

RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTY AND CONSTITUTIVE EQUATION OF THE OLIGOMERIC GUAR GUM FRACTURING FLUID SYSTEM

摘要 低聚瓜胶压裂液为新型清洁压裂液,对其流变性研究十分重要。为此,制备了低聚瓜胶压裂液,并研究了低聚瓜胶压裂液的流变特性及其本构方程,结果表明该压裂液具有良好的黏弹性和剪切变稀特性。使用非线性共转Jeffreys本构方程可表征低聚瓜胶压裂液体系的流动曲线,计算值与实验值吻合良好。这为低聚瓜胶压裂液的制备及应用提供了流变学基础。 As oligomeric guar gum fracturing fluid is a new type of environment-friendly fracturing fluid, and study on its rheological property is of great significance. For this reason, with oligomeric guar gum fracturing fluid prepared, this study carried out the research on its rheological property and constitutive equation. The results showed that the fracturing fluid possessed good properties of viscoelasticity and shear-thinning. By using the non-linear co-rotational Jeffreys constitutive equation, the flow curves of the oligomeric guar gum fracturing fluid system could be characterized, which showed that the calculated values were in good agreement with the experimental data. The outcome provided a rheological basis for the preparation and application of the oligomeric guar gum fracturing fluid.
