摘要
气化器作为接收站的重要设备决定并影响着整个LNG接收站及输气管道的正常运行。针对浙江地区环境条件和浙江LNG接收站项目自身操作参数,从热源、材料、类型、经济性等方面分别进行讨论,选出以海水为热源的中间介质气化器(IFV)及空气为热源的空温式换热器(SmartV)作为基荷气化器,并辅以开机速度块,投入少的浸没燃烧式气化器(SCV)作为备用气化器。然后根据一次性投入和25年运行成本的计算及比较,得出4台IFV+2台SCV比4台Smart V+2台SCV的气化系统节约固定投资及运行成本约50%,且前者在技术性及可操作性上也具备一定的优势。
The selection of good vaporizers as essential equipments for LNG receiving terminal is related to whether all operation works will be performed well or not. Analysis on the environment under which how the Zhejiang province develops and the operation parameters of the LNG terminal in this province, this paper discussed on how to choose the proper type of vaporizers and optimize the vaporizing system as well from many aspects including heating source, materials, types, and cost-effectiveness, and so on. Then IFV taken sea water as its heating source and SmartV taken air as heating source can be chosen as baseload vaporizers, with accessorial vaporizers of SCV, featured by low cost and short available machine time. Through calculation and comparison between one-off investment and 25-year operation cost, this paper concluded that compared with the combination of four SmartVs + two SCVs, that of four IFVs + two SCVs could save 50% of the cost, proven to be better in technical effects and easier to operate.
