摘要
方法:用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)观察经280.8~421.2mJ/cm^2紫外线光量子照射后血细胞超微结构的变化。结果:发现照射后红细胞出现边缘卷曲,中央隆起,形态不规则等约占47%。白细胞线粒体增多且轻度肿胀,细胞膜表面的突起减少,变粗;血小板呈网状扩张等变化。根据电镜下细胞超微结构变化的特征分析、以上改变为可逆性。结论:该研究为探讨紫外线照射自体血回输疗法的机理提供参考依据。
Methods: Changes of the ultrastructure of blood cells in the dosage of 280.8~421. 2mJ/cm^2 ultraviolet quantum hemotherapy were observed by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results: The edge of the cellsbecame curly and protruded in the middle after the irradiation. 47(?) of the cells became irregular in shape, The Mitochondria of the white blood cell was swollen; the protrusion of the surface of cell membrane was reducing, but massive. The blood platelets were netty and dilatant. By analysis on the u]trastructure of blood cells, the changes were defined as convertible. Conclusion: This study provides referential basis for the exploration of autotransfusion with ultraviolet irradiation.
