不同烟草类型种子萌发期蛋白酶及相关物质动态研究 被引量:2

Preliminary Study on Changing Development of Proteinase and Soluble Protein and Total Soluble Amino Acid during Germination of Tobacco Seed in Dfferent Types

摘要 以烤烟K326、白肋烟TN86种子为材料,研究了不同烟草类型种子萌发期蛋白酶及相关物质变化动态。结果表明,蛋白酶活性、可溶性蛋白质、总游离氨基酸含量都随萌发进程呈上升趋势,其间虽各有所波动,但彼此的变化动态相似,并呈一定的相关性;峰值最高期蛋白酶活性在84h,可溶性蛋白质在96~168h,而总游离氨基酸在萌发结束时(336h),可溶性蛋白质滞后于蛋白酶活性的提高,而总游离氨基酸又滞后于可溶性蛋白质的提高;不同烟草类型种子萌发总体趋势相近,但起伏峰值有差异。 In order to investigate the change profiles of proteinase and its relative matters during seed germination, the flue-cured tobacco variety of K 326 and the burley tobacco variety of TN 86 were used in this paper. The results showed that there were positive correlations among the proteinase activity, the content of solu- ble protein, and the total soluble amino acid. These three indexes increased along with the seed germination.
