摘要
在不同NaCl浓度处理下,通过对10个品系甜高粱种子的发芽率、活力指数、芽长、根长、耐盐半致死浓度、耐盐致死浓度和耐盐指数进行比较研究,并采用模糊数学隶属函数法对甜高梁的耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明,甜高粱具有较强的耐盐性,供试的10种甜高粱耐盐性由强到弱依次为:能-2〉BJ-297〉BJ-21〉BJ-340〉623A〉M-81E〉BJ-219〉考利〉原甜〉BJ-223。萌发期发芽率、活力指数、芽长、根长和耐盐指数均与盐浓度的大小呈负相关。耐盐半致死浓度为240~360mmol/L,耐盐致死浓度多为420mmol/L。
The seeds of 10 varieties of sweet sorghum were treated with NaC1 solution of different concentrations. The germination percentage, vigor index, shoot length, root length, semilethal salt concentration, lethal salt concentration and salt-resistance index were measured to assess the salt-resistant ability of sweet sorghum by Membership Function. The results showed that sweet sorghum had strong salt tolerance, and the 10-varieties of sweet sorghum were ordered in sequence from strong to weak:Energey-2〉BJ-297〉BJ-21〉BJ-340〉623 A〉M-81 E〉BJ-219 〉Cowley〉Yuantian〉BJ-223. The germination percentage, vigor index, shoot length, root length and salt-resistance index were negatively correlated with NaC1 concentrations. Semilethal salt concentration were 240-360 retooL/L, and lethal salt concentration were 420 mmoL/L for the most.
