Entirety easy-care finishing of woolen fabrics(clothes)

采用自制的有机硅树脂加交联剂的方法对纯毛织物进行整理,讨论了交联剂的用量、树脂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对整理后织物抗皱、防缩以及面料平整度的影响,得出了最佳的树脂整理工艺条件。并采用此工艺对纯毛服装和面料进行整理,通过检验,检测项目全部符合国际羊毛局标准。

In this paper, the method of mixing organosilicon resin with coupling agent was adopted in the experiment which was applied to finish pure woolen fabrics and clothes. It discussed the effect of resin amount and the effect of coupling agent, the prebaking temprature and the prebaking time on the anti-wrinkling, antishrinking of the finished fabric and the flatness of shell fabric. Finally, the optimum process was determined which was applied to finish pure woolen fabrics and clothings, all of detecting projects conform to the Woolmark Company standard after detected.
