摘要
选用不同的分散剂和助剂用量,对荧烷类热敏染料进行分散,运用正交实验的方法,确定了热敏染料水性分散体系中各助剂的最佳用量,大大提高了热敏染料在水中的分散性及分散稳定性。并运用SEM和PCS纳米粒度分析仪,观察了热敏染料分散体系的表面结构及粒径分布,采用紫外可见分光光度仪分析了体系的分散性和稳定性。
The thermosensitive fluorane dyestuffs are dispersed by use of different dispersants and other additives. Through the orthogonal experiments, the optimum dosages of dispersants and other additives in waterborne system have been determined, which improves the dispersibility and stability of thermosensitive dyestuffs in water. The structure and particle size distribution of the dispersion are observed and analysed by SEM and PCS. The dispersibility and stability are analysed by UV spectrum.
