The necessity and feasibility of promoting the operation admission mechanism throughout East China Power Grid are analyzed. The investigation and analysis conducted to promote the mechanism are recommended, as well as experience obtained. Practice shows that promotion of the operation admission mechanism substantially improves the security and reliability of grid dispatching operations.
