摘要
分析了可中断负荷参与者的相关成本和效益,采用离散的用户类型参数来反映用户希望得到的停电补偿。给出了一种可中断负荷合同模型,该模型以电力公司支付的补偿费用最小为目标函数,考虑了电力公司和可中断用户两者利益上的约束。实际系统算例表明了该模型的有效性。
The cost and benefit for participants of the interruptible load contract are analyzed, and the discrete customer types are used to express the compensation cost for the customer. An interruptible load contract model is proposed which takes the minimum compensation cost as the object function whiling considering the benefits of both the power company and the customer. Calculation example shows the model effective.
