摘要 为挖潜节能,尝试了冬季停开锅炉供暖,充分利用纺织设备散发的热能和热迁移,改进了空调室的设计,利用各车间排热的不同,采用了以余补缺、交叉使用等措施。试验证明,该方法不仅保证了冬季各车间温湿度要求,稳定了产品质量,而且节约了能耗,5个月内直接产生的经济效益达65万元以上。 To saving energy, boiler heating was stopped in winter tentatively, equipment carry-off heat and thermal migration were made full used, design of air conditioning room was modified. Using different workshop heat extraction, measures such as using extra heat at interval or completely. The test shows that the method not only could guarantee the demands of moisture temperature in each workshop in winter and stabilising product quality but also save energy, economic benefit that was produced directly in 5 months could reach more than 650,000 RMB.
