摘要
探讨减少细纱断头的工艺技术措施。通过生产实践,总结分析了细纱工序产生断头的原因,对细纱专件、细纱工艺与细纱断头、纺纱质量的关系进行了纺纱试验。结果表明:减少细纱断头要与改善成纱条干、减少粗细节和毛羽相结合,通过增大粗纱捻系数、增加胶辊压力、放大细纱后区隔距、适当缩小钳口隔距、采用大直径胶辊并适当前冲、选用新型的纺纱器材、锭速采用变频控制以及加强生产管理等,可以减少细纱断头,提高成纱质量。
Processing technology- measures of reducing spinning broken ends were discussed. Through production practice, reasons of broken ends in spinning process were summarized. Spinning tests were carried out aiming at the relationship among spinning elements, spinning processings, spinning broken ends and spinning quality. The result shows that reducing spinning broken ends should be combined with improving yarn evenness and decreasing thin places, thick places and hairiness, Broken ends could be reduced and yarn quality could be improved through increasing roving twist factor, adding top roller pressure, magnifying spinning back zone gauge, decreasing nipper gauge properly, adopting larger diameter top roller, choosing new spinning elements, controlling spindle speed with frequency conversion and strengthening production management et al.
