高比例含涤产品上浆工艺的优化

Sizing Processing Optimization of High Percentage Polyester Product

为提高高比例含涤产品的上浆质量,应用部分醇解PVA进行了上浆实践。通过改进浆料配方,以部分醇解PVA取代完全醇解PVA,增强了浆液的浸透能力,改善了浆纱性能,减少了浆纱毛羽。实践表明:应用部分醇解PVA后降低了织机经向断头率,提高了织机效率,并且降低了用浆成本,提高了产品的经济效益。

To improve sizing quality of high percentage polyester product, practice of applying partial alcoholysis PVA was carried out. Through improving sizing agent formula, using partial alcoholysis PVA taking the place of complete aleoholysis PVA, size penetration was strengthened, sizing property was improved, sizing hairiness was reduced. The practice shows that loom warp breakage is reduced, loom efficiency isincreased, size agent cost is decreased and product economic benefit is improved after using partial alcoholysis PVA.
