喷气织机生产纬弹竹节纱织物的体会 被引量:8

摘要 探讨在ZA205i-190型喷气织机上生产经纱为纯棉纱、纬纱为棉氨纶包芯竹节纱和棉氨纶包芯纱的生产技术要点。针对织造过程中断纬多、纬缩疵点多的问题,通过合理设计竹节纱的参数、合理确定包芯竹节纱与包芯纱的配比,在络筒和整经工序采用"小张力、低速度"的工艺配置,在浆纱工序采用"重被覆、求渗透"的工艺配置,在织造工序采用"早开口、迟引纬、大张力、低后梁"的工艺配置,使织机效率达到90%以上,下机一等品率达到91%以上。 Technology key points of producing pure cotton warp, weft including cotton spandex core-spun slubby yarn and cotton spandex core-spun yarn in ZA205i-190 air-jet.loom were discussed. For the problem of too many weft breakage and weft shrinking defects in weaving process, slubby yarn parameters were designed and the contrast of core-spun slubby yarn and core-spun yarn was confirmed properly, processing of less tension lower speed was adopted in winding and warping process, processing of more covering and penetrating was adopted in sizing process, processing of earlier opening, later weft inserting, larger tension, lower back beam was adopted in weaving process, loom efficiency could reach above 90% , first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach above 91%.
