内蒙古还林还草生态工程与可持续发展途径选择——对内蒙古赤峰市部分旗县调查的启示

The Comprehensive Effect Analysis on the Ecological Project of Regressing Arable Land to Forestry and Grass in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古部分旗县实施退耕还林还草工程后局部生态环境得到改善,取得良好效益。但还存在执行政策缺乏灵活性、后续产业发展后劲不足、欠缺化解风险的应对措施等问题,这些问题在全区有一定的代表性,需要认真应对。为此提出继续加大扶持力度、加大草场林地的监理力度等对策建议。

In some banners and counties of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in recent years the ecological environment has been improved and the comprehensive effect has been made greatly after implementing the project of regressing arable land to forestry and grass, but we still should offer some effective strategies and suggestions to solve some urgently problems still existing.
