摘要
论述了工程车辆液力机械传动系统动态数字仿真的原理,以MATLAB动态仿真工具simulink建立动态仿真模型。建立了动态性能评价指标,可对采用液力机械传动系统的工程机械进行各种工况动态仿真,为其设计、匹配和性能优化奠定基础,也可对进一步的部件设计提供有效数据。最后利用该模型对某厂工程机械拖挂冲击压路机时动力传动系统进行了数字仿真,评价。
In this paper, the principle of simulation for the hydraulic mechanical transmission system of construction vehicles was presented. Simulation model is found by dynamic simulation tool box--simulink. Performance evaluation index is found, construction vehicles with hydraulic mechanical transmission system in various work condition can be dynamic simulated, the foundation is established for design, matching and performance optimized, a valuable data can used for components design too. The model is used to simulate and evaluate the powertransmission System of construction vehicles which dragged rolling impact compaction machine.
