摘要
采用ARM微处理器S3C44B0X和专用运动控制芯片MCX314As,设计了基于PC104总线的嵌入式四轴运动控制器。详细介绍了运动控制器的硬件结构与主要功能,并基于实时多任务操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,建立了四轴运动控制器的软件平台,设计了运动控制的函数库,编制了应用软件。该嵌人式四轴运动控制器可以满足运动控制系统的高速高精度的要求。
Using an ARM(Advanced RISC Machines) processor S3C44B0X and a special motion control chip MCX314As,the 4-axes embedded motion controller is designed based on PC104 bus. The hardware structure of the motion controller and its main functions are introduced in detail. Based on the real-time multitask operating system p C/OS-II, the software platform of the 4-axes motion controller is established, the motion control function library is designed, and moreover, the application software of the system is developed. The 4-axes embedded motion controller can satisfy the request of the motion control system for high speed and high accuracy.
