摘要
针对煤矸石制砖生产工艺的要求,介绍了基于PLC的计算机监控系统,阐述了控制系统的软硬件设计、通信网络和主要功能。以PLC技术为核心,结合工业控制网络和组态软件,实现了全厂的集中管理和各控制站的分散控制。
In accordance with the requirement of production technics of Gangue brickmaking, the computer supervisor and control system based on PLC was introduced. The designs of software and hardware, communication networks and main functions of control system were expounded. Centering on PLC technology, and combining industrial network and configuration software, the system implements concentrative management of whole plant and distributed control of each control station,
