摘要
目的:探讨HLA-DRB1、DQB1位点基因与关节病型银屑病的相关性。方法:用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)方法,对41例关节病型银屑病患者进行了HLA-DRB1、DQB1等位基因的分型,并分析了上述基因在各组中的分布。结果:关节病型银屑病患者组DRB1*07、DQB1*0201频率较正常对照组增高;多关节炎型银屑病患者组DRB1*07、DQB1*0201以及DRB1*04基因频率比正常对照组显著增高。结论:HLA-DRB1*07、DQB1*0201可能是山东地区汉族关节病型银屑病的遗传标志;具有银屑病易感基因的个体,携带HLA-DRB1*04基因时,患多关节炎型银屑病的危险性可能增加。
Objective: To investigate the predisposing alleles of HLA - DRB1, DQB1 genes in psoriatic arthritis. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction - specific sequence primers (PCR - SSP) method was used to type HLA - DRB1, DQB1 subregion in 41 cases with psoriatic arthritis and matched control subjects of Han nationality in Shan- dong province. Results: The frequency of HLA - DRB1 * 07, DQB1 * 0201 allele in psoriatic arthritis patients was significantly higher than that in controls and DR4 in patients with psoriasis polyarthritis was significantly higher than that in controls. Conclusion: The results suggest that HLA- DRB1 * 07 and HLA - DQB1 * 0201 may be the susceptible alleles of psoriatic arthritis in Han Chinese.
