氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定汾河沉积物中的总汞 被引量:7

摘要 采用两种不同的消解方法对汾河沉积物中的总汞进行分析,结果表明,王水水浴加热消解法对总汞的消解程度完全而且测定结果比较稳定。探讨了还原剂浓度、载流浓度以及仪器条件等主要因素对测定的影响,选择了最佳实验条件,检出限为0.0074ng/ml,加标回收率在84%-117%之间。标准参考样品测定结果表明,该方法准确可靠,精度好。 Researched two digestive ways of analyzing total Hg in Fen river sediment. The result shows that Hg is digested by the means of "Aquaregia Digestion in the Water Bath" completely and the datas are steady. The effects of concentrations of reductant, hydrochloric acid and operating conditions are studied. The results obtained under optimum condition show that the detection limit is 0.0074 ng/ml and the addition recovery is between 84% - 117%. The results of testing the standard samples indicate'that this method is reliable and the accuracy is suitable.
