摘要
文章通过对黑龙江地区种植的USO-14汉麻打成麻栉梳机梳理前后汉麻纤维的强度、分裂度、工艺纤维长度、长麻梳成率及化学成分的测试分析,探讨了栉梳次数对汉麻纤维可纺性能的影响。结果表明:栉梳后汉麻纤维中的胶质有一定的去除,纤维素含量也有所提高,从纤维各物理指标来看,梳理2次后各项指标基本可达到纺纱要求,但梳理3次后更有利于纺纱。
There are some disadvantages about the weaving process of hemp fiber, the traditional chemical method of degumming still exists some localization. This paper analyzed the intension, abruption, length, the obtained ratio of carding and composition before and after carding of hemp fiber USO - 14 which comes from Heilongjiang province, discussed the effect of the times of carding on spinnability of hemp fiber. The result showed that after carding large numbers of the pectin in hemp fiber were removed and the content of cellulose enhanced. From the physics guideline, the hemp fiber can reach the request of spinning basically after the second time of carding, but after the third time of carding the hemp fiber were propitious to later working procedure of spinning.
