废灰液抑制膨胀的试验研究

Study on Swelling Restraining Effect of Waste Lime Liquors

用试验的方法研究了废灰液再用时的抑制膨胀问题，结果表明：废灰液再用时对皮膨胀的抑制作用相当明显，生产的灰皮比较扁薄，感观上蓝革的丰满度也欠佳，与使用新灰液的效果相比蓝革得革率下降1．7％～2．6％，灰皮厚度减少2．9％～4．7％，但收缩温度略有上升。

The swelling restraining effect of waste lime liquors in leather production was investigated in our experiment. It shows that the waste lime liquors have clear restraining effect when it is used in leather process. The limed hide and wet blue treated by waste lime liquors are tinny and not as full as that treated by fresh lime liquors. The yield of wet blue treated by waste lime liquors decreases 1.7% -2.6% and the shrinkage temperature increases a little, the thickness of limed hide decreases 2.9% - 4.7% compared with that treated by fresh lime liquors.
