不同植物染料与皮胶原作用的热稳定性研究 被引量:3

摘要 选用植物染料苏木、姜黄、大黄及栀子,用乙醇浸渍法提取染液,用差示扫描量热法及剥色试验,研究了4种不同植物染料与皮粉(或稀土媒染皮粉)或有环氧交联剂EH存在下相互作用后的热稳定性及结合规律。研究表明:姜黄素、苏木素及大黄染料与皮胶原通过氢键及疏水键等结合,胶原的热稳定性有一定提高。栀子黄色素中带藏花酸的羧基及藏花素中的异戊二烯单体结构与胶原结合,更能提高胶原的热稳定性。含酚羟基植物染料可通过稀土与胶原进行配位结合,且在碱性条件下通过酚氧负离子与环氧交联剂EH进行较好交联,其热稳定性增高显著。 Dye solutions were extracted with ethanol from hematoxylon, curcuma, rheum and gardenin. The thermal stability of collagen reacted with the above four dyes( with or without crosslinking agent EH), as well as the combination rule was investigated with differential scan calorimetry(DSC) and strippingmethod. It shows that the thermal stability of collagen improves reacted with curcuma, rheum and hematoxylon due to the hydrogen bond and hydroph0bic bond. And the thermal stability of collagen improves a little more reacted with gardenin, due to the fact that saffron crocus acids react with carboxyl and isoprene in crocin reacts with collagen. Vegetable dye with phenol hydroxy combines with collagen by rare earth, moreover phenol oxygen anion and exp0xy cross - Linking agent (EH) could form cross linkage in alkalinity, which could better enhance the thermal stability of collagen.
