摘要 以甲苯为溶剂,过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,苯乙烯(ST)、马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酰胺(AA)作单体,采用自由基聚合合成出一种ST/MA/AA三元共聚产物,用乙二醛、三聚氰胺依次对该产物进行改性,制得一种具有阻燃性能的复鞣剂,并应用于皮革的加工中。试验表明:ST、MA、AA在100℃下反应1·5h得到淡黄色的粉末,该粉末在pH值6~7的条件下溶解,然后升高pH值到7~9,在50℃下加入乙二醛反应3h,升温到80℃加入三聚氰胺反应1h,体系pH值为7~9,ST、MA、AA、乙二醛、三聚氰胺的单体摩尔比依次为1∶1∶2∶2∶0·45时,制得的合成产品的阻燃性能最佳,可使皮革达到难燃水平。 ST / MA / AA copolymer was synthesized through free radical polymerization with toluene as solvent and-benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator, styrene, maleie anhydride and aerylamide as monomer. And the above eopolymer was modified by glyoxal and melamine, thus a retanning agent with fire retardant was obtained. The retanning agent was applied to the leather processing. The results show that the reaction condition of styrene, maleic anhydride, acryl amide is 100℃ and 1.5 hours and the resultant product is a yellow powder. The powder dissolves under the condition of pH 6 - 7, and then the system is adjusted to pH 7 - 9, glyoxal is added in at 50℃ for 3 hours reaction followed by melamine at 80℃ for 1 hour reaction. When the ratio of sty- rene, maleic anhydride, acrylamide, glyoxal, melamine is 1: 1:2: 2: 0. 45, the retanning agent with best fire -retardant property could be synthesized.
