38例严重烧伤病人的心电监护

Custodial Care by Electrocardiographic Monitoring for 38 Patients With Serious Burn

对３８例烧伤面积达４０％以上的烧伤病人实施心电监护。发现１周内发生ＳＴ段及Ｔ波改变、ＱＴ间期延长、低电压、早搏等心电图异常者２５例，发生率为６５．７９％。可见烧伤早期多数病人有心功能降低和心肌损害。提示在烧伤早期要重视心脏功能的监护，加强心力扶持的护理。

The custodial care by electrocardiography was carried out in 38 patients with burn extended over 40% of body surface area.The result showed that the abnormal changes such as QT-interval prolongation,low voltage,and extrasystole appeared in 25 patients (65.79%),indicating that most patients with burn have cardiac insufficiency and myocardial injury,and that custodial and supporting care for patients' cardiac function should be enhanced.
