摘要
目的了解新护士工作压力源情况,帮助新护士正确认识并减轻工作压力,维护新护士的身心健康。方法采用问卷调查法,对新护士工作压力进行调查分析。结果新护士有5项重度压力源,分别为:担心工作出错,缺乏相关的法律法规知识,感觉疲劳、缺乏休息和睡眠,独立当班遇抢救病人难以应付和专科知识缺乏、业务能力不强不能胜任工作。结论护理管理者要了解新护士上岗前的压力程度及压力来源,有针对性做好岗前教育和给予适宜的培训。
Objective To analyze work pressure sources in the junior nurses in order to release their work pressures and keep them healthy. Method Self-report questionnaires were used as instruments to explore work pressures among the junior nurses. Results There were five major work pressure sources such as worrying about making mistake at work, being short of knowledge about law, lacking rest and sleep, feeling fatigue, feeling difficult to work independently when saving critical patients, and feeling incompetent for their work due to short of special knowledge and skill in nursing. Conclusion The administrators should attach importance on the work pressures on the junior nurses and provide them with pertinent training.
