摘要
目的探讨演示与辩错教学相结合的教学方法在产科护理教学中的效果。方法将179名学生分为实验组和对照组,采用演示与辩错、演示、辩错三种不同的方法进行教学。评价学生掌握产科护理操作情况和学生对教学方法的满意度。结果学生在掌握产科护理操作情况比较,经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。演示与辩错教学相结合的教学方法得到97%学生的认可。结论演示与辩错教学相结合的教学方法提高了教学效果,并得到学生的认可。
Objective To study the effect of teaching method of demonstration and error-identification in nursing manipulation teaching of obstetrics. Methods 179 nursing students were divided into experimental group and control group, with three teaching methods of demonstration combined with error-identification, demonstration alone, and error-identification alone used in nursing manipulation teaching of obstetrics. The manipulation ability in obstetric nursing and their satisfaction rate were assessed. Results In manipulation ability, the students in the experimental group were significandy better than those controls (P〈 0.05). 97% of the students welcome the teaching method of demonstration combined with error-identification. Conclusion The teaching method of demonstration combined with error-identification is beneficial for the improvement of teaching effect and welcome by the students.
