水合氯醛保留灌肠导管插入长度的探讨

On the Inserter Length of the Catheter Used to Chloral Hydrate Enema

随机将６０例惊厥患儿分为实验组、对照组，每组３０例，行水合氯醛保留灌肠时，导管插入深度分别为２０ｃｍ～２５ｃｍ、１５ｃｍ～２０ｃｍ。结果显示：止惊效果实验组优于对照组，经统计学处理，两组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Sixty convulsion children were divided randomly into both tested and control groups.The catheter insertion lengths were 20cm～25cm (tested) and 15cm～20cm (control) respectively.The result showed that the anticonvulsion effect in the former was far better than in the latter,and the difference between both groups was significant (P<0.05).
