同种异体皮质骨板内固定治疗骨不愈合(附22例临床分析)

Treatment for Nonunion of the Long Bone with Allograft of Cortical Bone Plate(22 Cases Report)

我院自１９７８年５月～１９９５年５月应用７５％酒精保存同种异体皮质骨板治疗四肢长管状骨骨不愈合２２例。男１３例，女９例。年龄７～７５岁。平均４０．８岁。随访１～１６年，平均５．２年。结果表明，同种异体皮质骨板内固定治疗骨不愈合，具有金属接骨板无法比拟的优点。同种异体皮质骨板的强度接近正常骨质，组织相容性好，无排异反应，其弹性模量与固定段骨质相近。临床收到良好治疗效果。

We used the allograft of cortical bone plate preserved in 75% alochol to treat the nonunion of the long bone in 22 cases (male 13,female 9)from May 1978 to May 1995.The mean age was 40.2 (10 60)years,followed up 5.2 (1 16)years.The result showed that the allograft cortical bone plate used for internal fixation of long bone had uncomparable advantage over any metal plate.The strength of the allograft cortical bone plate was similar to the segment of fixed bone , the histocompatibility was well without immunological rejection,and elasticity of the implant was the same with human bones.The clinical result was satisfactory.
