采用骨端钢板治疗股骨远端骨折58例报告

Fractures of the Distal Part of the Femur Treated with Bone end plate

我院从１９８８年采用骨端钢板治疗股骨远端骨折５８例，髁上骨折２６例，经髁间型骨折３２例，陈旧性骨折２例，开放骨折８例。４７例经６个月至７年的随访，开放骨折仅１例表浅感染，４６例骨折顺利愈合。愈合时间：新鲜骨折平均１１．２周，陈旧骨折平均１４．５周。１例因过早负重钢板折断而延迟愈合。治疗效果：优２９例，良１２例，优良率８７．２％。作者认为，骨端钢板治疗股骨远端骨折，具有手术操作简便，内固定确实的优点，便于早期进行膝关节伸屈练习，疗效满意。

The authors reported 58 cases of fractures of the distal part of the femur treated with bone end plate since 1988.In this group of patients,26 cases were supracondylar fractures,32 intercondylar fractures,2 fractures which were over 3 weeks,8 open fractures,47 cases were followed up from 6 months to 7 years.All fractures were well union except one case occuring dermal infection resulted from open fractures.The healing time was 11.2 weeks in fresh fraction,14.5 weeks in old fractures.One case had the complication of delayed union because of early weight bearing.The excellent and good results were obtained in 87.2% of the patients.The authors considered that the bone end plate is effective for the treatment of the distal femoral shaft fracture because of its advantages of a simple procedure with less operative trauma and strong fixation allowing relatively early mobilization.
