短节段C-D装置治疗胸腰椎骨折的探讨

Short segmental Cotrel Dubousset Instrumentation in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Spinal Fracture.

１９９５年２月～１９９６年１月间，作者利用短节段Ｃｏｔｒｅｌ－Ｄｕｂｏｕｓｅｔ装置治疗胸腰椎不稳定性骨折１５例，骨折脱位复位达７３．３％，１２例伴有神经损伤者神经功能平均恢复１．２５级（Ｆｒａｎｋｅｌ分级）。作者认为Ｃ－Ｄ装置具有纵向撑开，横向固定、抗旋转、固定牢靠、手术操作简单、损伤脊髓的机会少等优点，是治疗胸腰椎骨折有效的装置之一。

Between February 1995 and January 1996,15 cases of unstable thoracolumbar spine fracture were treated by short segmental Cotrel Dubousset instrumentation.The reduction rate of spinal dislocation and fracture is 73.3% on the average.The nerve function of paraplegia in 12 cases were improved by 1.25 Frankel paralytic degree.The authors consider that C D instrumentation has the advantages of longitudinal distraction,transverse fixation,derotation and stable fixation.The technique is uncomplicate and it reduces the injury of spinal cord.It is one of the effective posterior instruments for treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture.
