摘要
功能性便秘是一种常见的功能性肠病,其发病与精神心理因素密切相关。疑病、躯体化反应、应对机制、脑-肠轴等因素可能在功能性便秘的发生、发展中起重要作用。功能性便秘患者精神心理的治疗方法主要包括支持治疗、认知行为治疗、生物反馈治疗和药物治疗。
Functional constipation （FC） is a common functional intestinal disease, and its development is closely related with psychological factors. Hypochondriasis, somatization, coping mechanism and brain-gut axis perhaps play important roles in the development of FC. Psychotherapy in FC patients consists of supportive treatment, cognitive behavior therapy, biofeedback therapy and drug treatment.
