饲料霉菌毒素的危害及其预防措施 被引量:6

摘要 霉菌种类繁多,广泛存在于自然界中。虽然研究人员对霉菌及其毒素已经进行了广泛而深入的研究,一些理论、方法、技术、产品也比较成熟,但在生产上还未引起足够重视,致使饲料、粮食及食品等均有一定损失。本文简要概述了霉菌产生的原因,霉菌毒素对饲料、畜禽、人类的危害,霉菌毒素的脱毒解毒方法和对霉菌及其毒素危害的预防等。
