摘要
部属师范大学师范生免费教育政策本质上有别于传统定向性教师培养制度。笔者通过分析教师培养过程中社会、政府、教育机构与个人利益的关系,意图提升政策执行力,修正不完善之处,使该政策有效发挥促进科学发展及和谐社会建设的作用。
The new governmental policy of free teacher education for some normal universities is different from traditional teacher education system. Through the analysis of beneficial relationship among society and government, university and individual in the process of teacher education, this paper points out that it is necessary to correct shortcoming of this policy,and improve the ability to perform this policy .
