摘要 本文从应用角度出发,介绍了双速轴角/数字转换器的工作原理,分析了精粗机数据组合产生误差的原因,研究了纠错方法,选用高速32位ARM7微控制器作为主控芯片,设计了新式的双速轴角/数字转换器.通过试验证明,新式转换器的纠错方法正确,数据转换精度满足传统转换器的要求,并且配置方便,接口灵活,可扩展性好. From the perspective of application, the operating principle of a dual-speed processor for axis-angle-todigit converter is introduced. The origination of errors of the coarse-fine code combination is analyzed, The error correcting method is researched. The high-rate 32-bit ARM7 MCU is used for the new dual-rate processor. Experimental results show that the new error correcting method in dual-rate processor of the coarse-fine code combination is feasible, and meets the precision requirement for conventional dual-rate processors. Also, its configuration is easy, the interfaces are flexible, and the extendability is good.
