基于偏离—份额法的区域水资源经济承载能力研究

The Research of Carrying Economy Capacity of Regional Water Resources Using Shift-Share Analysis

本文主要研究区域水资源承载能力中的经济承载能力,以期解决在区域水资源总量刚性情况下区域经济的可持续发展问题。在建立水资源经济承载能力指标体系基础上,以偏离—份额法研究区域内各产业在水资源利用方面的比较优势,以此为基础进行产业调整,促进区域水资源经济承载能力的提升。实例表明,此研究思路可以有效发现区域水资源经济承载能力提升的区域产业结构调整方向。

The paper mainly researches the carrying economy capacity of regional water resources to find the way on which can achieve the sustainable development of regional economy. The paper tries to find the comparative advantage of various industries of certain region in utilizing water resources, based on establishing index system of the carrying economy capacity of water resources. The government can adjust the industries structure based on this finds. The example shows that this research method can effectively find the adjustment orientation of regional industries structure to exalt the carrying economy capacity of regional water resources.
