人类肾切除术后早期血清促肾生长因子及EGF活性测定

摘要 为阐明人类肾切除术后促肾生长因子与EGF的关系,对30例肾切除病人术前及术后血清,分别用3H-TDR掺入法测定促肾生长因子活性,用放射受体法测定EGF活性。结果表明肾切除术后第2、5天血清促肾生长因子活性较术前明显增高,而EGF活性术前、后无明显差异。提示EGF不是促肾生长因子,二者可能是通过不同环节参与肾代偿性生长的机制。 To investigate the relationship of renotropin and EGF in the early process of compen satory renal hypertrophy following nephrectomy, renotropin and EGF activities were measured by means of 3H-TdR incorporation and receptor binding assay, respectively, in 30 nephrectomized patients before and after operation. The results show that renotropin was increased in 2 and 5 days after nephrectomy,and no change of EGF activity was found in the same process. The results show that renotropin was in creased in 2 and 5 days after nephrectomy, and no change of EGF activity was found in the same process.These results suggest that EGF be not renotropin, but may be one of the pathway of renotropic activities in the remnant kidney.
