U型双套管腹腔灌洗术治疗重症胰腺炎

Surgical therapy for severe pancreatitis by abdominal flushing with U-typed double cannula

对38例重症胰腺炎分别实施三种手术方法，结果显示，采用胰被膜切开、坏死组织清除、自行设计的U型双套管腹腔灌洗方法是一种可靠的手术方式，临床应用15例，效果满意。作者认为，早期手术引流，清除有害物质，是降低死亡率的良好方法。

Three surgical therapeutic methods for severe pancreatitis were perfomed in 38 cases.The result shows that it is simple and effective operating one for necrosis pancreatitis to pancreatotomy,clear necrosis tissue and flush with U-typed double cannula in 15 cases. Compared with other two meth ods, early incision and drainage of pancreas, wash-out harmful material can reduce mortality.
