基于城园一体化的工业园区发展研究--以永川市工业园为例 被引量:3

摘要 对城市市域工业园区的基本特质和永川市发展工业园的基本理念进行了概述。提出"城园一体化"的战略发展思路,即突破了地域限制的城市与园区之间相互依存、相互推动的经济增长新模式,并基于该战略思想构建了永川城市与工业园区互动发展的基本模式,指出了实现"城园一体化"的根本途径:(1)完善产业体系,发挥合力效应。(2)整合城市资源,集中综合优势。(3)完善基础设施配套,建立高效组织协调机制。同时展望了永川市工业园区的发展前景。 The strategy of the integration of urban and urban industrial park areas has been put forward as a new thinking to develop the industrial park. It is a new model of interdependent and mutual promotional economic growth between the city and park, which break through the geographical restrictions. This paper summarized the basic particularity of urban industrial park and the construction idea of Yongchuan industrial park. Based on the idea of the integration of urban and urban industrial park areas, the author brought out the new model of development between city and park and the important approach to implement the integration of urban and park areas. The development prospect of Yongchuan industrial park was also been discussed.
