婆罗双树样基因4与疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 人们最早对转录因子婆罗双树样基因4(SALL4)的关注,是发现SALL4突变导致了机体末端指节的发育畸形和服球活动障碍。近2年来,关于SALL4与疾病关系方面的研究有了突破性进展,SALL4在白血病发生和维持胚胎干细胞多能性等方面起重要作用。
