左半球卒中后汉语语法缺失患者的“把”字句和“被”字句的理解障碍

Syntactic Comprehension Deficits of "ba" Structure Sentence and "bei" Structure Sentence in the Patients with Chinese Agrammatism after Left-hemisphere Stroke

摘要 目的:探讨左半球卒中后汉语语法缺失患者的"把"字句和"被"字句理解障碍特点和可能存在的机制。方法:采用《汉语失语检查法》、《短时记忆量表》和《汉语语法量表》中的"把"字句和"被"字句法测试任务对30例汉语语法缺失患者(缺失组)和30例正常者(正常组)进行检测。结果:在"把"字句和"被"字句法测试项目中,2组仅在主动句完成率间均差异无显著性意义,余语法句间均差异存在显著性意义(P<0.01)。缺失组的短时记忆测试成绩明显差于正常组(P<0.01)。结论:汉语语法缺失患者存在较严重的"把"字句和"被"字句句法理解障碍,其机制可能与痕迹删除和工作记忆障碍有关。 Objective: To investigate the characteristics and the mechanism of syntactic comprehension deficits of "ba" structure sentence and "bei" structure sentence in the patients with Chinese agrammatism after left-hemisphere stroke. Methods: Thirty patients with Chinese agrammatism and 30 normal controls were examined by the standardized Aphasia Battery in Chinese (ABC) and the Chinese Agrammatism Battery (CAB) and the short-term memory task. Resuits:In all the "ha" structure sentences and "bei" structure sentences of the Chinese Agrammatism Battery tasks, there was significant difference between them in all the sentences (P〈0.01) except the active sentences. In the short-term memory task, the score was significantly less in the patients with Chinese agrammatism than in normal controls (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Agrammatic patients had serious deficits in syntactic comprehension of "ba" structure sentence and "bei" structure sentence, which were tied to the trace deletion and the bad working memory.
