自适应光学矫正眼波前像差对视锐度的影响 被引量:5

Effects of ocular wavefront aberration on visual acuity by using adaptive optics

摘要 目的分析不同波前像差矫正策略下的人眼视锐度变化,探索个性化的波前像差矫正模式。方法在暗室内,对4位受试者(4眼)予以5g·L-1新福林充分散瞳后,采用自适应光学系统进行6.0mm瞳孔光路下波前像差的检测和矫正。先通过光学镜片对其低阶像差进行充分初矫,再进行不同矫正策略下波前像差的矫正,对矫正波前像差前后100%对比度下的视锐度值进行分析比较研究。结果4位受试者在各种像差矫正策略下的视锐度值均获得一定程度的提高。在-3.50D左右的屈光度下,高阶像差所占相对百分比较大者(1号和4号受试者)在矫正高阶像差后也相应获得较大幅度的视锐度值提高。全矫像差未发现类似趋势。结论利用自适应光学矫正波前像差在4位受试者均获得了视锐度值的提高,在一定屈光度下,高阶像差在总像差中所占相对百分比较大者,其矫正高阶像差后视锐度的提高程度也较大。 Objective To analyze the changes of human visual acuity after different correction strategies and explore the customized correction strategy of wavefront aberration.Methods In a dark room,the pupils of four subjects (4 eyes) were fully dilated with 5 g·L-1 phenylephedrine.Adaptive optics was used to examine and correct the wavefront aberration at 6.0 mm pupil size.The low-order aberration was fully corrected by using trial lens,and then different correction strategies of wavefront aberration were performed.Visual acuity under 100% contrast condition before and after correction were analyzed.Results Visual acuity was improved to some extent with different correction strategies for four subjects.With the refractive error about -3.50 D,the higher relative percentage (subject 1,4) of high-order aberration among total aberration,the higher improvement of visual acuity was obtained after correcting high-order aberration accordingly.Such phenomenon was not found with correction of full aberration.Conclusion Visual acuity was improved for four subjects after correction of wavefront aberration by using adaptive optics.With some degree of refractive error,the higher percentage of high-order aberration among total aberration,the higher improvement of visual acuity after correction of high-order aberration.
