摘要 在介绍感应电动机软起动系统硬件结构的基础上,采用故障树分析法对其作了可靠性的定性分析。建立了感应电动机软起动系统的故障树模型,利用下行法求出了系统的最小割集,指出了系统易出故障的关键环节。提出了提高感应电动机软起动系统可靠性的一些措施。 Qualitative analysis of induction motor soft-starting system's reliability was carried out, based on the introduction of its hardware diagram. The fault tree model of induction motor soft-starting system was established, and its minimal cut sets were gotten by using Fussell-method. The easy broken-down key parts were pointed out. And some measures about improving the reliability of the system were brought forward.
